Insights, categorized transaction trees, and trends generated securely based on your uploaded financial statement data.

Extract and categorize transactions from bank statement uploads.
Provide interactive financial analytics, trends, and budget forecasting.
Power advanced AI features, including personalized budgeting recommendations.
Safely improve and maintain overall service quality, security, and stability.
3. AI Processing
We use OpenAI services to securely process transaction data. Only anonymized transaction data is shared. No personal identifiers are ever included in AI processing, and your financial data is strictly not used to train global AI models.
4. Data Redaction
All full names are strictly stripped from parsed transactions.
Physical and mailing addresses are automatically removed.
Confidential bank account numbers are permanently deleted.
Only transaction-level descriptors, amounts, and dates are retained.
5. Data Retention
Uploaded PDF files are completely deleted within 30 days of processing.
Transaction data is securely stored only until you delete it or close your account.
Users can manually delete their synchronized data at any time.
6. Data Security
We take industry-standard measures to keep your data safe, including bank-grade encryption at rest and in transit, multi-factor authentication controls, and isolated database hosting.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited, fully anonymized data with trusted service providers including OpenAI and AWS solely for secure transaction processing and hosting.

Data may be processed securely in multiple jurisdictions. We implement strict legal safeguards to ensure absolute compliance with applicable local and international data protection laws.

Financial Statement Uploads
Transaction values, date stamps, and merchant metadata extracted automatically.

We process your data to deliver customized budget insights, power the automated transaction parser, and guarantee reliable app functionality.
3. AI Processing
We use OpenAI services to securely process transaction data. Only anonymized transaction data is shared. No personal identifiers are ever included in AI processing, and your financial data is strictly not used to train global AI models.

Our automated ingestion system immediately redacts PII like your physical address, card number variations, or personal names from raw statement documents before processing.
5. Data Retention
Ingested PDF statements are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. Only fully structured, anonymized numeric transaction records are kept in our databases to power long-term charts.
